Classification of mold grades

The quality level of molds is divided into:

Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4

First level mold quality

1. Mold:

Must have one million or more mold openings. This is a first level mold, and the customer requires that the best materials and accessories be used to make the best mold.

2. The requirements for first level molds are as follows:

(1) Detailed mold design (including computer graphics and materials);

(2) The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB280;

(3) The mold must have a minimum hardness of HRC50, and all rows and accessories must also be hardened;

(4) To use the middle support edge and the top needle of the pipe;

(5) The row must have wear-resistant plates;

(6) The temperature control monitoring device should be installed in the mold, brother or row position according to feasibility;

(7) Suggest nickel plating all cooling water channels to prevent rusting and facilitate cleaning;

(8) A positioning lock must be added to the parting line.

Secondary mold quality

1. Mold: It must have a mold opening frequency of 500000 or more.

This is a mold of second and higher quality, which requires the use of high-quality materials and accessories, and also has a certain standard of tolerance (dimensional accuracy) for the mold. This model also requires the highest quality.

2. The requirements for secondary molds are as follows:

(1) Suggest detailed mold design

(2) The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB280

(3) Mold must have a minimum of hard HRC48, and all rows and accessories must also require heat treatment

(4) The temperature control monitor must be installed in the mold, brother or row according to feasibility

(5) Positioning lock must be added to the parting line

(6) The following requirements will be determined on an individual basis and at the time of quotation

Third level quality mold

1. Mold:

Must have a mold opening frequency of 250000 or more. This is a general mold requirement, and the production is also a medium production mold.

2. The requirements for the third level mold are as follows:

(1) Suggest doing mold design

(2) The minimum hardness of the mold base should be HB165

(3) The minimum requirement for mold kernels is HB280

(4) Except for the three basic requirements mentioned above, all other requirements are considered as optional additional requirements

Fourth level quality mold

1. Mold:

Request approximately 10000 beers. This is a low production mold, generally there are no special requirements, but the mold quality still needs to be good and accepted by customers.

2. The requirements for the fourth level mold are as follows:

(1) Suggest doing mold design

(2) The mold base may be a typical copper or aluminum material

(3) Mold meat can be made of aluminum or steel approved by the customer

(4) Except for the three basic requirements mentioned above, all other requirements are considered as optional additional requirements
